３月のアップデート

この1ヶ月間、私たちはプロジェクトのあらゆる面を完璧にするために懸命に取り組んできた。前回のワークショップ・ミーティングで行ったプレゼンテーションは大変うまくいき、多くの好意的なフィードバックをいただいた。プレゼンテーションでは、私たちのプロジェクトがどのように進化してきたかを紹介し、クラウドファンディングやデザインしたウェブサイトなど、重要なトピックを掘り下げた。特に中心的なテーマとして、プロジェクトを継続的に進めるために不可欠なビジネスプランを示した。また、コルチナ・エクスプレスをはじめとする戦略的パートナーにも焦点を当てた。さらに、現在誰でもアクセスできるインスタグラム・ページについても言及した. 


ポジティブなフィードバックと次の動き

私たちの発表の後、三菱商事の代表の方々やBEWチームから励みになるフィードバックをいただいた。プロジェクトは実現可能であり、強いビジネスポテンシャルがあると評価された。特に、より多くの顧客を引き付けるために、マーケティング資金を追加で確保する必要があるという指摘を受けた。さらに、プレゼンテーションの内容や進め方が明確で、プロフェッショナルであると高く評価された。また、ANAとの提携の可能性についての提案もあり、今後プロジェクトが成長すれば三菱商事とも協力できる可能性があるとのことだった。このようなサポートを受け、私たちは「Anaba Connect」の実現に向けてさらに前進する決意を強めた。

プレゼンテーション終了後、三菱商事の方々とフムスでランチをした。三菱商事の方々が用意してくださったドリンクと食事をいただきながら、他のグループメンバーや三菱商事の方々との会話を通じて、交流を深めることができた。また私たちのグループは事業化を検討していることから、三菱商事の方々やBEWチームの方々と今後の進め方や展望について詳しく話した。

そして、このプロジェクトを進めることが励まされた上、三菱商事の方とマリオッティ先生と本格的なビジネスを始めることに関して話し合い機会を取った。特に、カ・フォスカリ大学のPInK(Promotion of Innovation and Know-how)というオフィスと協力する可能が言い出され、連携を実現するように、またスタートアップとスピンオフ作成に関する知識をもらうことに楽しみにしております。

この半年の間グループのブログポストを読んでいただいて、本当に感謝します。

Hello, we are Anaba Connect: Beyond Cortina, we are researching tourism related sustainability and decentralization, and this will be our last blog post!

March Updates

Over the past month we have been working hard to refine every aspect of the project. The presentation we delivered at the last workshop was a great success, and we received a lot of positive feedback. We had the opportunity to show the evolution of our project, delving into key topics such as crowdfunding and the website we designed. A central focus was our business plan, which is crucial for ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project. We also highlighted our strategic partners, including Cortina Express. In addition, we mentioned the Instagram page, which is accessible to everyone!

Positive feedbacks & Moving Forward

Following our presentation, we received encouraging feedback from Mitsubishi Corp. representatives and the BEW team. They recognized that our project is ready to be realized and has strong business potential. One key point raised was the need for additional funding, particularly for marketing, to attract more customers. They also appreciated the clarity and professionalism of our presentation. Moreover, they suggested potential collaborations with ANA and expressed interest in working with us in the future if our project gains traction. With this support, we are even more motivated to take the next steps toward making Anaba Connect a reality.

After the presentation, we had a light lunch with the BEW team, all the other groups participating in the workshop and Mitsubishi Corporation representatives at Humm.us. While enjoying the food and drinks they kindly provided, we had the opportunity to deepen our connections through conversations with both the Mitsubishi representatives and other group members. Since our group is considering commercialization, we also had detailed discussions with Mitsubishi representatives and the BEW team about the next steps and future prospects.

In fact, we were able to start discussing with them and professor Mariotti the possibility of starting a real business and to get in contact with Ca’ Foscari University PInK (Promotion of Innovation and Know-how) office. Through this collaboration, we hope to gain some useful insights about startups and spinoffs, and we look forward to working with them to realize our ideas.

This project has been very interesting and has definitely taught me several things that I was not aware of and that before these months I never even thought I could do. I was very happy to participate in this project, but most of all I was very happy to be able to work with my group Anaba Connect: Beyond Cortina. I think the result we have achieved is a demonstration of how much we have been working on these months, and I couldn’t be happier about it all. 

このプロジェクトは非常に興味深く、これまで気づかなかったことや、これらの数ヶ月前にはできるとは思わなかったことをたくさん学んだ。このプロジェクトに参加できてとても嬉しかったですが、何よりも「Anaba Connect: Beyond Cortina」というグループと一緒に働けたことがとても嬉しかった。私たちが達成した成果は、この数ヶ月間どれだけ努力してきたかの証だと思いますし、そのすべてに対してこれ以上ないほど満足している。

Participating in this project has been a great learning experience. I especially gained a deeper understanding of building a business plan and the importance of financial strategy. Working together as a team to turn an idea into a concrete plan was truly rewarding. Additionally, receiving valuable feedback from Mitsubishi Corporation and the BEW team made me realize the potential of our project even more. I hope to apply what I’ve learned here and continue taking on new challenges in the future. Thank you!

このプロジェクトに参加し、多くのことを学ぶことができました。特に、ビジネスプランの構築や財務戦略の重要性を深く理解する良い機会になりました。チームとして協力しながら、一つのアイデアを具体的なプランに落とし込む過程はとてもやりがいがありました。また、三菱商事の方々やBEWチームからの貴重なフィードバックを受け、プロジェクトの可能性をさらに実感しました。この経験を活かして、今後も新しい挑戦を続けていきたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

Over the past six months we have been working hard to make this project as close as we could to a concrete reality, and the feedback we have received this last workshop has definitely more than paid off the hard work. During this workshop I have gained new skills especially in team work,  but also discovered some abilities as a group leader that I did not know I had. I am grateful that I got to work with my teammates successfully and for the opportunity to be guided through this process by BEW team and Mitsubishi Corp. representatives. The journey doesn’t end here, so please look forward to further developments from Anaba Connect: Beyond Cortina!

この6か月間、私たちはこのプロジェクトをできる限り具体的な形にするために懸命に取り組んできました。そして、今回のワークショップでいただいたフィードバックは、その努力を十分に報われるものとなりました。 このワークショップを通じて、私はチームワークのスキルを新たに学び、さらに自分でも気づいていなかったリーダーとしての能力を発見することができました。素晴らしいチームメンバーと共に成功を収めることができたこと、そしてBEWチームや三菱商事の皆様にご指導いただけたことに、心から感謝しています。

しかし、この旅はまだ終わりではありません。Anaba Connect: Beyond Cortina のさらなる発展を、楽しみにしていてください！

本ワークショップを通じ私は、ビジネススキルやコミュニケーションスキルが身につき、さらにバックグラウンドの異なる多様なメンバーと働く経験から異文化理解が深まった。今までスタートアップには興味があったが、マーケティングやビジネスの知識はあまりなく、正直このワークショップで活躍できるか不安を感じていた。しかし、ビジネスに必要なことを調べながら取り組むうちに深い知識が身につき、さらにターゲットの顧客に適したアイデア構築スキルも身に着いた。そして、元々得意としていたスライドデザインスキルも、プレゼン用のスライド作成を通じて更に伸ばすことができたと実感している。そしてイタリア人と働く経験から、価値観や認識、使う言語の異なる人とどのようにコミュニケーションを取り、お互いの理解を深めていくかを学ぶことができた。今回の経験と、構築したメンバーとの絆を大切にし、今後も事業化を全力で進めていきたい。

三菱商事の方々、BEWのスタッフの皆様、この機会を頂けたことにとても感謝しています。ありがとうございます。

ここまで本当にありがとうございました。

今回このワークショップに参加したのは、私の興味関心分野である観光と異文化交流どちらもを学べる場になることを期待したからです。しかし、実際にはそれにとどまらず、ビジネスの組み立て方やプレゼンの仕方、英語スキルなど様々な部分で多くの学びを得ることができました。また自分自身の成長だけでなく、プロジェクトの成長も目覚ましいもので、数ヶ月で想像以上に良いアイデアのブラッシュアップができたと感じています。それも全ては一緒に活動してきて、お互いに困った時に支え合ってきたメンバーのお陰です。このメンバーで最終発表まで走り抜けることができたことを深く感謝しています。また、今後も事業化に向けて全力でプロジェクトに取り組んでいきます。
