My opinion about the project

プロジェクトについての意見

こんにちは、10番の文化ステレオタイプのエリザベッタと申します。

　私の意見を分かち合いと思います。私はラッキでした。

　私のグループのメンバーはとても真面目な人からです。色んな話題について話しても、毎週新しい単語帳を使う必要だったも、いつもグーグルドライブでファイルを作っておきました。

　スラックの通知が来なくて、困りましたが、プロジェクトの期限が全てを守りました。毎週のブログの記事が正しく書いたかスラックのグループのチャットに共有してプロジェクトのメムバーの意見を一つずつ聞いて、記事を直しました。

　また、ズームミーティングが来なかった人すぐに連絡して、元気か問題があるか確かめないとミーティングを始まりませんでした。皆がいる必要でした。もちろん、参加できなかった人もいった場合もありますが、ズームミーティングを録音しました。録音がなかった場合はメッセージによって何について話したことを皆にお知らせました。この働き方は私の一番好きのです。理由は、同僚達と一緒にこのように働くと皆が楽に時間を過ごせます。そして、プロジェクトが必ず最高になります。

　私はプロジェクトのメムバーと働く機会ことはとても嬉しかった経験です。私は責任者として同僚達から指導者からも支援されました。

My opinion about the project

Hello! My name is Elisabetta Fossa from group n.10 of Culture Stereotypes. 

I’d like to share my opinion: I got lucky. 

That’s because the members of the group were all hard workers. Even though we talked about a lot of topics and every week we had to use a new vocabulary list it was prepared in google drive. 

We got problems with slack by not receiving notifications but we met all the deadlines. Every week we shared the article that was meant for the blog in the chat of the group in order to ask the opinion of the members and check if it was written well and eventually correct it. 

Furthermore, if somebody didn’t come to the meeting we wouldn’t start it until we made sure that everybody didn’t have problems with the meeting or was feeling unwell. Everybody was needed. Of course there were times when people couldn’t attend the meeting so we’d record it. If we didn’t record it we’d have a message in the group chat to let the members know about the topics we discussed. This way of working in a group is my favourite. Because when you work with your colleagues like this we can spend time together having fun. Besides, the project will be without a doubt a success. 

I’m really happy I had a chance to experience working with my colleagues. 

I felt supported by my colleagues and by the leaders of the project. 

I feel lucky being able to work like this in japanese.
